SEASON FINALE EVENT!

IPMA-HR Colorado is thrilled to announce our last event of the season will be Innovation and Peak Performance with Brian Elms from Denver Peak Academy!

Presentation:

How Denver’s Peak Academy is Saving Money, Boosting Morale and Just Maybe Changing the World (And How You Can, Too!)

Brian Elms, the director of the Denver Peak Academy, and J.B. Wogan, a Governing staff writer, wrote the book Peak Performance: How Denver’s Peak Academy Is Saving Millions of Dollars, Boosting Morale and Just Maybe Changing the World (And How You Can Too!).  Peak Performance is a book that will help public sector leaders replicate the Peak model. It’s a book for government managers to read and talk about with their teams. But most importantly, it’s a book for anyone working in government at any level—about the power of good ideas to improve the way government works.

Brian Manages and Directs Denver's Peak Academy Program. Working to increase employee led innovation and continuous improvement. To date, Peak has trained and worked with more than 5,000 employees in the City and County of Denver and saved more than $15,000,000. Recently, they added behavior economics and analytics to their training program. He will share insights, challenges, and successes behind innovation in the public sector.
