Join us as we speak with Rebecca Hascall, CIO at Jefferson County.  Rebecca will share her expertise in the IT industry as she discusses best practices in security and future trends in technology as it pertains to Human Resources professionals. 

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Joining us this April is Rebecca Hascall. 

Rebecca is the Chief Innovation and Information Officer for Jefferson County, Colorado. As CIO, she has shifted the group to a more innovative organization, working as a trusted partner to elected officials, directors, and constituents.  She has implemented an innovation organization, intern program, and communication and training team. In 2022, Rebecca was named to the Top 10 Govt CIOs by Gov CIO Outlook.  In 2021 Rebecca won the Traeger Award for Top Influencers in Local Government. The organization has won multiple awards under her leadership.  Current initiatives include using machine learning within GIS, Intern and Fellow program, and automating routine tasks with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Prior to her work in Jefferson County, Ms. Hascall spent time in the private sector at companies such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, StorageTek, and Sun Microsystems.
