Welcome to the International Public Management Association for HR professionals in Colorado. Our mission is to align IPMA-HR Colorado efforts with IPMA-HR National's mission by representing the interests of HR professionals in the Rocky Mountain Area to promote excellence in HR Management.
The goal of the Colorado chapter is to reach out to all levels of public sector HR professionals and provide the most current, up-to-date information and networking opportunities to HR professionals.

The objectives of the chapter are:
1) To provide a forum for persons engaged in human resources administration to discuss current issues and to provide a medium for skill development and education
2) To implement the objectives and program of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) within the chapter area
3) To communicate and share new ideas and methods in human resources administration
4) To encourage and facilitate a cooperative relationship between public jurisdictions and private employers within the chapter area on human resource issues
Your Colorado chapter is dedicated to providing information, networking opportunities and informational sharing to Public Sector HR professionals. IPMA-HR CO recognizes that together we form a diverse group of professionals with a broad base of talent, knowledge and interests. The Colorado chapter tries to draw upon the talent and knowledge that is within the ranks of our membership AND to bring new speakers, information and learning experiences to our community.
