Dr. Jennifer Fairweather (she/her/hers)
Jennifer Fairweather is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Jefferson County, Colorado, and a Founding Partner of Dwennimmen Leadership Consulting. She is also an Affiliate Professor with Regis University where she facilitates undergraduate and graduate courses for the Anderson School of Business and Computing. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in both public sector and private sector human resources in addition to leadership experience in finance and human services. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University. She also has her PSHRA-SCP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, a Certificate in Professional Training, and she is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC). Jennifer has facilitated sessions for local and national forums on leadership, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. Jennifer is a Past National President of the PSHRA, serves on the board of the Second Chance Center, and is a working group member for the Society for Women's Health Research.
Tamara Dixon (she/her/hers)
Tamara Dixon is currently the Human Resources Director and Chief Diversity Officer for the City of Northglenn, Colorado, and a Founding Partner of Dwennimmen Leadership Consulting. She has worked in the private and public sectors for Parson Consulting, City and County of Denver, City of Lone Tree, City of Wheat Ridge, Town of Parker, and as an adjunct professor for the University of Colorado at Denver. Ms. Dixon has spent her 21-year career being a customer service practitioner, adept trainer, organizational development expert, and human resources specialist. Her areas of expertise include culture change initiatives, diversity and inclusion, performance management, leadership training, strategic planning, and retreat facilitation. Tamara holds her bachelor’s degree in political science (BS) from Tuskegee University, Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Auburn University and Senior Certified Professional designation from both the Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA-SCP) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). Additionally, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Tamara is past-President of the Western Region of PSHRA and started her second three-year term on the PSHRA Executive Council in January 2023.
