Re-certification Credit for HRCI and SHRM

The PSHRA Colorado Chapter does not currently go through the pre-approval process for re-certification credit hours for HRCI or SHRM. Event participants are encouraged to use and manually submit PSHRA program attendance information, as our workshops will most likely be approved for re-certification hours.

    Kick off the 2024-2025 season with our theme, *Back to the Basics: Building Your HR Toolbox for Success*. We're excited to start with a live event featuring Scott Friedman, a Certified Virtual Presenter and former President of the National Speakers Association (NSA). With a reputation for engaging audiences live or virtually over 60 times a year, Scott will share valuable insights on employee innovation and engagement, customer experience, and creating a happier, healthier workplace. This is an event you won't want to miss!

    In addition to being the CCO—Chief Celebration Officer—at Friedman & Associates, Scott has written “Celebrate! Lessons Learned from the World’s Most Admired Organizations,” “A Celebration a Day! 365 Ways to a Happier, Healthier Workplace,” “Happily Ever Laughter—How to Engage Any Audience” and “Using Humor for a Change.” He is also the co-author of four additional books.

    Scott is the 2013 NSA Cavett Award Recipient, presented annually to the NSA member whose accomplishments over the years have reflected outstanding respect, service, honor, and admiration in the Association and the speaking profession. Scott was awarded the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) 2013 Recognizing Industry Success and Excellence (RISE) Award. “This award honors those rare individuals who by visionary hard work and creative insight have positively changed the global meetings and events industry community (MPI).”
