Mindfulness at Work for HR Professionals

HR professionals are the ones who seem to care most about the employees of an organization. They also have a big responsibility for making sure their organization complies with government regulations and legal protocols. With changes occurring at the federal level, there’s a lot of uncertainty among staff, managers, and leaders. On top of all that, HR Professionals need to ensure that employees follow the internal policies in many areas. And when someone gets laid off, fired, injured, or is denied a position or a deserved promotion, we can experience secondary trauma that many others don’t understand.

Anne Neal, Mindfulness at Work Trainer
In her work as a transformational facilitator, trainer, mentor, and coach, Anne uses a plethora of approaches to help people enjoy their work, maintain their productivity in difficult times, and create a career path of fulfillment. Anne is a certified yoga instructor and has been a student-practitioner of mindfulness for 16 years. She is best known for her enthusiasm and optimism.
