The Road To Engagement (It's A Two Way Street)

Do you love your job?

Are you passionate about the work you do, and feel like you’re making a difference?

What are your values, and do they align with your department and company?

Picture this:

You wake up Monday morning, excited to come to work. You enjoy the people you work with, you have a good relationship with your boss, you like your customers and they like you! You are passionate about the work you do, you’re willing to go the extra mile with your job because you are passionate and fulfilled by what you do. You feel a strong connection and sense of loyalty to your department, and you can’t stop sharing about how amazing it is to work with your organization.

This is the definition of an engaged employee. Do you fit this description? If so, do you want to stay that way? And if not, doesn’t that sound pretty great?

In addition to helping you answer the questions above, you will learn about how your own engagement impacts your coworkers, supervisors, direct reports, customers, your career, and happiness, and how you can gain deeper insight and tools & techniques to take your engagement into your own hands and to the next level.
