The Year of You: Refuel, Renew, Re-engage: Celebrate You - Foundation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Join us on April 2nd for a webinar to explore the Foundations of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This session provides an essential framework for understanding and navigating the complex landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations and society at large to ensure every employee can show up as their whole self. Through interactive conversation, discussions, and experiential learning activities, participants will explore key concepts such as unconscious bias, privilege, power dynamics, systemic oppression, intersectionality, and cultural competency. They will examine historical and contemporary issues related to discrimination, marginalization, and social justice, gaining insights into the ways these factors shape individuals' experiences and opportunities. Participants will leave having a deeper understanding of the importance of DEI initiatives for fostering innovation, creativity, and organizational effectiveness. They will be empowered to initiate and lead meaningful change efforts that promote inclusivity, equity, and social justice in their personal and professional lives.
